Creator Agreement

Legal documents governing wora.media's platform, your data, and your rights as a user or brand.

Privacy Policy Terms of Service Data Deletion Creator Agreement
Effective: June 10, 2026 Applies to: All creator accounts on wora.media

1. Who is a Creator on wora.media

A "Creator" is any individual who registers on wora.media to participate in brand campaigns, edits brand-provided footage into short-form video content, and posts that content on their own Instagram or YouTube channels to earn performance-based payouts.

You must be at least 18 years old to register as a Creator. By registering, you confirm that you are of legal age.

2. Content Rights and Licenses

Brand footage: All raw footage uploaded by brands is owned by the respective brand and licensed to you solely for creating campaign content. You may not use brand footage for any other purpose, share it with third parties, or retain it after the campaign ends.

Your edits: You own the creative edits you produce. You grant wora.media a non-exclusive license to reference your posted content (title, thumbnail, URL) within the platform dashboard for campaign tracking purposes.

No exclusivity: wora.media does not claim exclusive rights over your channel or content. You may work with other platforms or brands concurrently.

3. Mandatory Disclosure Requirements

This is a legal requirement. Failure to disclose paid partnerships may violate ASCI guidelines and Instagram/YouTube policies, and can result in account action by those platforms.

All videos posted under a wora.media campaign must include:

  • Instagram: Use the "Paid Partnership" label via Instagram's Branded Content tool, AND include #ad or #sponsored in the caption.
  • YouTube: Check "Includes paid promotion" in video settings AND verbally or visually disclose the sponsorship in the video.
  • Disclosures must be prominent and clearly visible — not buried in a long list of hashtags.

4. Payout Structure

Payouts are milestone-based. Each campaign defines a set of view thresholds (e.g., 10K views = ₹500, 50K views = ₹2,000). When your posted video crosses a threshold, wora.media verifies the view count via official API and triggers a payout minus the 20% platform fee.

View counts are polled periodically (not real-time). There may be a lag of up to 24 hours between hitting a milestone and a payout being triggered.

View counts from multiple platforms (e.g., same video on Instagram and YouTube) are tracked separately — each platform's views count only toward that platform's campaign.

TDS deduction

If your annual earnings on wora.media exceed ₹30,000 in a financial year, TDS at 1% will be deducted under Section 194O of the Income Tax Act. You will receive a Form 26AS reflection. You must provide your PAN to enable accurate TDS processing.

5. Prohibited Behaviour

Creators are strictly prohibited from:

  • Purchasing views, using bots, or any form of view count manipulation
  • Posting campaign content on accounts you do not personally own
  • Re-uploading brand footage without creating substantial original value
  • Making false claims about brand products in campaign videos
  • Deleting posted videos during an active campaign without notifying wora.media

Violation of any of these rules will result in immediate payout forfeiture, account suspension, and may result in legal action if wora.media suffers measurable damages.

6. Support

For campaign disputes, payout queries, or support: email creators@wora.media. We aim to respond within 2 business days. For urgent payment issues, include "URGENT" in the subject line.
